Returns & Refunds Policy (Vettino)

Returns window
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you must send the item back within 7 days.

Condition of returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused/unworn

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging (where possible)

  • Free from marks, odours, or damage

If an item is returned in a worn/used condition, we may refuse the return or deduct an amount from the refund if the item can’t be resold.

How to start a return
Email us at info@vettino.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • A short reason for the return

We’ll reply with return instructions, including the return address.

Return shipping (very important)

  • Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels. You must arrange and pay for postage yourself with your chosen postal service (for example, Royal Mail).

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it arrives back with us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What is refunded
For standard returns, we refund the product price only.
Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us at info@vettino.com within 48 hours of delivery (photos help). In these cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Policy (Vettino)

UK delivery
We ship UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Shipping cost: £3.99

Dispatch time: 1–3 working days

Delivery time: Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.

Address details
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by you, you may need to cover the cost of re‑shipping or you can request a refund for the order (excluding the original shipping cost). We will contact you via email to arrange payment of the re-shipping fee (£3.99) before re-dispatching your order. If you would prefer a refund instead, the re-shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.
